Strategy Shift Podcast – Guest Kit

Welcome! We’re thrilled to have you as a guest on the Strategy Shift podcast. This page is your step-by-step guide to make the most of your experience — from preparing for the recording to amplifying your episode afterward.

Our goal is simple: to build a great relationship with you and create something you’ll be proud to share.

Before Your Recording

We want you to feel comfortable and confident. Here’s how to prepare:

  1. Pre-Podcast Meeting – You’ll have a quick session with Tom and/or Adam to connect, discuss themes, and align on the flow.
  1. Tech & Setup Checklist
  • Good lighting (face toward natural light or a lamp).
  • Clear audio (external mic or good quality headset preferred).
  • Quiet environment with minimal background noise.
  • Camera at eye level, simple background.
  • Stable internet connection.
  1. Personal Touch
  • Share a high-resolution headshot and short bio for our episode page.
  • Send us any links you’d like us to highlight (website, book, social media, etc.).

Day of Recording

  • Log in a few minutes early to test audio/video.
  • Relax — it’s a conversation, not a performance.
  • Have water nearby and silence notifications.
  • Most importantly: have fun sharing your story and insights!

After the Recording

Your episode isn’t just a podcast — it’s a marketing tool for you. We’ll send you:

  • Episode links and shareable graphics.
  • Suggested social media captions.
  • Audiograms or clips you can post.

Here’s how you can leverage it:

  • Share on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other platforms.
  • Feature the episode on your website or newsletter.
  • Tag us when you post — we’ll amplify it too!

Stay Connected

We’re building a community of leaders and innovators who’ve joined us on the show. Here’s how you can be part of it:
